5 steps to stop worrying what people think of you




Good article.    Parts of this I agree with.

Warning.  There's a naked party in it.    If you can handle words of wisdom from somebody who goes to naked parties.


1) Stop judging others

2) Hold other people’s freedom of thought as highly as you hold their freedom of speech

3) Notice your impulse to seek scraps of approval

4) Realize your self-image is not who you are, and that it will always feel at least partly wrong

5) Find the like-minded
